Cui Li, Han ethnicity, a native of Dalian, Liaoning, was born in June, 1958. She joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1977. Cui completed a postgraduate program and graduated from School of Economics and Management of Dalian University of Technology in July 1993. She holds a Master of Industrial Management and Engineering degree.
Cui is a member of the Committee on Agriculture and Rurals Affairs of the 13th National Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), former Vice-Minister and member of the Leading Party Members' Group of the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China.
Authorized by the Central Committee of the CPC in May 2019, Cui holds the position of Vice-President of the Good-Neighborliness, Friendship, and Cooperation Commission of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
