From locations across countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, they put their burning questions to the taikonauts.
The Shenzhou crew covered everything from how zero-gravity affects muscle strength to their favourite pass-times in space.
Cai Xuzhe, a taikonaut who landed back on earth last winter, was on the ground for the session, with an invitation.

Students of different ages took part in the Space Station link-up.
