Extending congratulations on the forum's success, Cui emphasized that regional security and stability and peaceful development are the common goals and pursuits shared by China and Central Asian countries. Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized that China-Central Asia cooperation has much to achieve and will achieve much under the new circumstances, she added.
This year's forum was part of efforts to implement the consensus reached at the first China-Central Asia Summit, and advance the building of a China-Central Asia community with a shared future, Cui said.
Cui noted that Shen Yueyue, vice-chairperson of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and president of the GNFCC, attended the opening ceremony of the forum, alongside representatives from the governments and various sectors of Central Asian countries, and delivered a keynote speech.
Leaders of participating countries lauded China's proposal to promote Belt and Road cooperation, which has provided new opportunities for regional development. They expressed a willingness to strengthen cooperation, and put forward practical suggestions, Cui said.
The participants jointly issued the Yinchuan Initiative, which has consolidated the forum's results, strengthened solidarity and cooperation, and advanced the building a China-Central Asia community with a shared future, she said.
Cui noted that the forum has broadened the scope of exchanges between China and Central Asian countries and highlighted the strong synergy of China and Central Asian countries working together in unity to promote green development.
China is ready to work with all parties to strengthen mutual learning and implement the consensus reached at the forum in a bid to achieve more results in the development of China-Central Asia relations, and jointly advance the building of a closer China-Central Asia community with a shared future, Cui said.

Lei Dongsheng, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Committee and secretary-general of the regional committee, delivered a speech at the closing ceremony, while Wang Li, vice-chairman of Ningxia, presided.
Representatives from various sectors in China and abroad, diplomatic envoys of Central Asian countries to China, and senior officials of relevant provinces and states of participating countries attended the ceremony.
